There is no difference between them. The King and Mickey D's. Both are big, old, and good-for-nothing corrupt companies busy trying their best to grab our money. There might be a very slight difference in taste between the two, but for me, their biggest difference is their logos. Their commercials are not better than the classic kids fight over their boyhood "Mine is bigger than yours". The two companies together with Pepsi and Coca Cola led the globe into massive public health problems never experienced in human history. It is a shame what we do to our bodies whenever our hand grabs their rubbish. Now the question I put for my belly is which one do you want to go with? Mine tells me none of this garbage!

“I can fight for a week. I can fight for a month. But I need this fight to be for the rest of my life”. I felt this so hard. I have had 3 times in my life where I list over 100lbs. One of those times I lost 160lbs. Every day was still a fight. Always feeling hungry. Having to work out 2 hours a day. After a while, I just couldn’t do it anymore. I’m trying again because as I get older my body tolerates the weight less and less, but it is just so hard.

Sugar addiction....not food addiction

💀💩 there are two cruel things about being addicted to food: 1. everyone can SEE your addiction. If you're a smoker for example you are as addicted but no one calls you "a digusting smoker" 2. if you're an alcoholic or whatever and you stop - you stop and try to stay as far away form your drug as possible. with food - well you have to eat on a daily basis. tell an alcoholic or a drug addict: just do a little every day and manage it. That is nearly impossible. The Lady is right: Its a fight till the end of your days and you hardly can win.

As I see in some comments: How short-sighted people can be! Just disgusting! It's laziness, weakness... If you're as overweight as these people it's probably more than just laziness and weakness! It is a complete (psychological) battle for these people to have to fight those kilos. The more there😮 are, the more difficult it is. Of course discipline plays a role, but how do you feel about life? I have a family member, whom I care deeply about, who deals with depression and mental health issues. She is morbidly obese and also knows why. And yet she still can't turn that button to lose weight. It is an addiction, similar to smoking. Eating makes her feel good. That's why she eats

I've been on both sides. Before i struggled to gain weight. Now im struggling to lose weight. The struggle started after I had my 4th baby boy. I had gestational diabetes when I was pregnant with him. Now its a struggle. I keep fluctuating. Its easy to gain now and hard to lose.

i just noticed how the pectoral line become a huge circle till the back. , no judgement just the anatomy itself. that it dosent clip under arm, and instead dont stretch skin more and "blobl" over the squeezed skin, and over time the tiny blob continue to stretch the heavy part. and the tigh circle around the pec dont acumulate fat? is it cause of the presure? weird that fat continue to acumulate around nipple but not the skin under the "boob" weird where "lines" develope same with waste but ( ) that W on each side but the waste is skin to bone (belt?) my lowest fat is hips its weird

Processed foods, sugar, carbs and starches are the scourge of our modern day society. It is causing metabolic syndrome which in turn is maiming or killing us way before old age. We think it wont happen to us until we reach middle age. It is then that the health issues start to come home to roost. UA-cam has some great doctors providing free education on how to drop sugars and regain health.
